Men’s size: UK 7-10; USA 7.5-10.5 (length of the insoles: 26-29cm)
Women’s size: UK 3.5-6.5; USA 5-7 (length of the insoles: 23-26cm)
The numbers on the reverse of the insoles refer to the measurements in Cms and are not a representation of a Euro sizing. The insoles will need to be trimmed to fit the shoe, using the guidelines on the reverse and it is advisable to trim the original insole also to ensure a correct fit.
